Van Van oil has a long and rich history of use in rootwork originating in New Orleans in the Algiers district across the river from the French Quarter; it is perhaps the most widely used oil due to it being incredibly flexible in its applications. Van Van is a multipurpose oil that can be used for almost any sort of magical situation you can think of; it increases the energy of charms, spells, candles, mojo bags, poppets, petitions - it can even be worn to enhance or protect your personal energy as you go about your day.
